Everything else on this website (service descriptions, doctor profiles, articles, FAQs, and similar pages) is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for an in-person examination and diagnosis by a qualified doctor. Submitting a booking request, or exchanging messages with us over WhatsApp to confirm a visit, does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship — that relationship begins only once an actual consultation takes place in person at the clinic. Please don't delay seeking medical care, or disregard a doctor's advice, because of something you read here.

3. What This Website Is For

This site is here to tell you about The Clinicians and to let you submit a request to book a consultation or other appointment (for example, a diagnostic test or procedure we list on the site). Submitting a request through the website does not, by itself, confirm an appointment — our team follows up, usually over WhatsApp, to confirm the date and time.

The website does not take payment for any of these services. You pay for a consultation, test, or procedure directly at the clinic when you visit, unless we tell you otherwise in advance.

4. Ownership of Content

The text, images, logos, and other material on this website belong to The Clinicians, or are used with permission from their owners, and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to view these pages, and to print or save a copy for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Copying, republishing, or otherwise using this content for a commercial purpose isn't allowed without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

Please use this website only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree not to:

• post or send anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harassing through the site;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its booking system, or anyone else's account;
• upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• impersonate another person, or misrepresent an affiliation with The Clinicians; or
• scrape, mine, or otherwise systematically extract data from the website.

We may restrict or block access for anyone who breaches this section.

6. Privacy

Any personal details you submit through this website — for example, your name, phone number, or a preferred appointment time — are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If we follow up on a booking request over WhatsApp, that conversation runs on WhatsApp's own platform and is also subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) terms and privacy policy, which are outside our control.

Please avoid sending detailed medical history, test results, or other sensitive health information through the general contact or booking forms, or over WhatsApp; they aren't built as a secure clinical record. Share that kind of detail directly with clinic staff during your visit, or through a channel we've specifically confirmed is secure.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or free of technical faults, and — to the fullest extent Indian law allows — we aren't liable for delays, booking mix-ups, or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Nothing in this section limits any liability that can't lawfully be excluded, and it does not cover the actual medical treatment you receive at the clinic, which is governed separately by our professional and legal obligations as a healthcare provider, not by this website's terms.

8. Links to Other Websites

This site may link out to third-party pages — maps, review platforms, social media, and the like — for convenience. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of those external sites, and linking to one doesn't mean we endorse it.

9. Suspending or Ending Access

We may suspend or restrict your access to this website, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken or the site is being misused. Sections that should naturally outlast your access — ownership of content and limitation of liability, for instance — stay in effect even after it ends.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where they apply. Courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this website or these Terms, subject to any consumer-protection rules that let a visitor approach a forum nearer to them instead.
