Information you give us. When you use the contact or booking form on this website, we collect what you enter — typically your name, phone number, and (if you provide it) your email address, along with details about the appointment or service you're asking about. We don't collect payment details through this website; see Section 7 below.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours picks up some technical information whenever you visit — your device's IP address, browser and operating system type, the pages you view, and how you got here (for example, from a search engine or a link). We use this to keep the site working properly and to understand how it's used, not to identify you individually.

2. Children's Information

This website isn't directed at children. If an appointment is for a minor, we expect a parent or guardian to submit the booking request and provide the relevant contact details on the child's behalf.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you give us to:

• respond to your booking request or enquiry;
• confirm, remind you about, or reschedule an appointment — by phone call, SMS, email, or WhatsApp message;
• answer questions you send us through the site; and
• understand how the website is used, so we can fix problems and improve it.

We don't use your information to send marketing messages unless you've separately agreed to that.

4. How We Share Your Information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• To confirm your appointment. If we reach out over WhatsApp, your phone number and message content are handled on WhatsApp's platform, under WhatsApp's (Meta's) own terms and privacy policy, not just ours.
• With service providers who help run this website — for example, website hosting or basic analytics tools — who only use it to provide that service to us.
• If the law requires it — for example, in response to a valid court order, government request, or to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

This website may use cookies or similar small files to help it run properly and to give us basic, aggregated statistics on how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed most. You can control or delete cookies through your browser's settings; doing so shouldn't stop you from browsing the site, though some features may work less smoothly. We don't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to keep the information you share with us secure, and limit access to people who need it to do their jobs. That said, no website or messaging platform can guarantee complete security, and any information you send us — including over WhatsApp — is sent at your own risk.

7. Payment Information

This website is used only to request appointment slots. We do not collect, store, or process card numbers, bank account details, UPI IDs, or any other payment information through it, and all charges are paid directly at the clinic. Please do not enter payment or other financial details anywhere on this website, including in the booking or contact forms.

If we introduce online payments in the future, they will be processed by a secure third-party payment gateway, which will handle and protect your payment details under its own terms and security standards. We will update this policy before that happens.

The Clinicians will never ask you for your card details, CVV, OTP, or UPI PIN by phone call, SMS, email, or WhatsApp. If anyone contacting you in our name asks for these, please don't share them, and let us know using the details in Section 12.

8. Third-Party Links

This Privacy Policy covers only this website. If you follow a link to another website, or message us through a third-party platform like WhatsApp, that site or platform's own privacy policy applies to what happens there — we encourage you to read it.

9. Data Retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as we reasonably need it — generally, for as long as it's useful for managing your appointment and any related record-keeping we're required to maintain — and delete or anonymise it after that, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

10. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and related law, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that's inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete information we no longer need to keep; and
• withdraw any consent you've given us, at any time.

To do any of this, contact us using the details in Section 12 below. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled a request, you can also raise it with the Data Protection Board of India.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the website or how we handle bookings changes. The current version will always be posted here, with the date at the top showing when it was last revised.
